The manual process seemed limiting as it was inaccurate and time consuming. They then leveraged Ugam's machine learning algorithms to identify the lowest price alternates and improve turnaround time. This resulted in 10% improvement in bid win rate and the turnaround time reduced from 5 days to 1 day. They were now able to cater to more than 6,000 products daily on average.
