For this multi-billion-dollar distributor, more than 50% of SKUs online didn't have basic content. They recognized the need to improve their content processes to meet basic requirements. In consultation with Ugam, they revised their processes and setup a Minimum Viable Content framework. Ugam also helped them transition to a new PIM vendor smoothly.
