Sudhir Holla has joined as Senior VP and Head Retail, and is focused on leading Ugam’s drive towards actionable insight solutions for the retail industry. Mr. Holla comes with a wealth of knowledge within the retail industry, having over 18 years of experience, most recently with Infosys Technologies where, as head of Digital Commerce, he was responsible for setting up the Omni-channel Commerce Practice for Retail. Prior to working there he spent five years at Accenture where he worked on many re-engineering projects. His domain expertise includes demand forecasting and merchandise planning, apparel product lifecycle management, as well as strategy and implementation. Mr. Holla has an Electrical Engineering degree and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
Navin Dhananjaya has joined as Chief Solutions Officer and is focused on conceptualizing and taking to market innovative retail solutions. His previous positions included co-founder of Manthan Systems and Vice President of Mu Sigma. Mr. Dhananjaya comes with extensive knowledge of designing and developing retail analytical products and solutions. His education includes a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering as well as Marketing from a Global MBA program.
Sridhar Sharma has joined Ugam Solutions as Chief Technology Officer, where he is responsible for the technology roadmap and overseeing the development of the company’s next generation insights platform and product portfolio. Mr. Sharma has worked within the retail industry for over ten years, and was most recently the Chief Evangelist and Architect with the Products and Platforms Group at Infosys. Based in Dallas, he has worked across multiple geographies including the UK, Singapore and India. He has an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Mysore.
Vinayak Hegde, has joined as Assistant Vice President where he will use his expertise in pricing, assortment, and loyalty programs to design, develop and implement actionable insight solutions to the retail industry. Prior to joining Ugam Solutions, Mr. Hegde was a Principal Consultant at Infosys where he led pricing, assortment, and loyalty solutions for customers including Sears, Kmart, and Polo Ralph Lauren. Mr. Hegde’s education includes a B.E. Industrial Production from Kuvempu University, Davanagere, India as well as Retail Merchandise Management and Warehouse Management certifications.
