Industry veterans Robert Clark, Angela Park and Sau Lam bring years of market research industry knowledge and deep domain expertise to Ugam, strengthening the company’s commitment to delivering unrivaled process- and technology-led research operations solutions for market research firms.
Clark joins Ugam as a business strategy consultant, Park as a sales director and Lam as a client director. All three will work closely with Ugam’s leadership team and clients to deliver high-quality managed market research services – from consulting and strategic support through data collection and reporting. All three possess strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, as well as project management and excellent client relationship skills, and together bring more than 30 years of experience to Ugam.
Prior to joining Ugam, Clark served as senior vice president of insights and consulting at Nielsen, where he led research and consulting projects from inception through the delivery of insights and recommendations, and the implementation of those recommendations by clients. He previously held senior research roles at Harris Interactive, Lieberman Research Worldwide and ORC International. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Montclair State University and an M.B.A. from Rider University.
Angela Park previously served as director of business development at All Global, and director of sales and marketing at GfK, where she specialized in research field services. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Carleton University.
Sau Lam joined Ugam from Xoriant, where she served as a client success manager. Previously, she worked as a senior analyst and project manager at AMI-Partners. She has a B.S. in Finance and Economics from New York University.
